Our Spa Party Policies
Spa Party Guest
Minimums - All Spa Party Social packages have minimum
and maximum guest numbers. Your party designer can help you choose the
right package for you and your guests.
Spa Party
Set-up includes - Party-specific decorations, facial and
massage station equipment and supplies, tranquility music, aromatherapy,
table fountains, and enclosed candles for each service area, herbal neck
wraps (guests take home), rejuvenating eye pads, guest gift. For an
extra charge, we will be happy to arrange catering for your event.
Spa Party
Hours - Our Tuesday through Saturday Spa Party Socials
will begin between 12 noon and 6:00 p.m. Any Sunday event will accrue a
special premium charge. Watch for specials on our mid-week afternoon
parties.

Booking
- Please
secure your Spa Party reservation at least
three weeks in advance with a deposit and signed contract.
Spa Party
Fees - Spa Party set-up fees start at $100 for our
standard event packages using one technician per type of service, an
on-site coordinator, and set-up crew. These fees may vary depending on
designated location accessibility. Special/themed event decor and
additional technicians are available for additional fees. Additional
fees may be accrued for a total travel time over sixty minutes, or for
accommodation of challenging parking and set-up situations.
Payment
Arrangements - Your deposit must be paid at time of
booking with a VISA/Mastercard or approved check. The remainder of our
fees must be paid two days hours prior to your event by a VISA/Mastercard
or approved check. Gratuities are not included in our Spa Party prices,
and are at the discretion of event attendees (envelopes will be
provided).
