SERVICES AGREEMENT
This
agreement entered into on

Enrich, LLC hereinafter referred to as “Agent” and

hereinafter referred to as “Client” is for reserving Date:

Client
understands that there is a $500.00 service fee to reserve
the services of Agent for the date of
__________________. Client cancellation will result in the
forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that services and
equipment can not be reserved without a deposit.
Agent:

Will perform to the
best of our abilities all of the services outlined in
the written agreement signed by both parties to be
attached to this document. If a package has been
purchased, the contents of that package will be attached
to this agreement with copies supplied to each party who
has signed this agreement.

Will work for the
client(s) whose names appear on the agreement. Agent
will only respond to this client for confidential
information regarding this agreement.

Will will only make
changes for the clients named on this Agreement
-
Reserves the right to terminate this
Agreement if payments are not made on the required
dates. Deposits will be kept as reasonable estimate of
expenses that Events to Enrich, LLC will incur by the
breach of the Client.

Reserves the right to substitute items
that become unavailable in the market or that exceed
reasonable market costs. Agent will notify client if
time allows.

Shall be liable for any damage to
property entrusted to its employees.
-
Shall not be responsible for any lost or
stolen personal articles, and/or broken or unreturned
rental property by Client or guests.
-
Reserves the right to decline or
terminate service early should anyone at the event
behave in a belligerent or abusive manner towards our
staff and vendors.
Client:
-
Agrees to pay for all guests attending but not less
than for the number of guests guaranteed. The
guaranteed count includes
all guests, the bridal party, photographers, ministers,
sitters, musicians, limo drivers, etc.

Agrees to the charge for each person over the
guaranteed count will be at the agent's established
rate of $_________ per person.

Agrees to an additional charge for any function
running over the contracted time limit, requiring
the staff of Agent
to remain after the contracted time at $00.00 per
person for the first hour and $00.00 per person
for each additional hour. Assumes responsibility for
any damages to any property rented to client that
may be caused by clients, members, guests or
invitees.

Agrees to
make the final payment at least one month prior to the event
or by (date)___________________.

Payments
are to be made by cash, certified check, or
credit card. If a payment must be made by a
credit card there will be an additional 4% processing fee charged to the entire
charged amount.

Payments
not received on time will result in a late fee
of $75.00 or 10% of the payment which ever is
GREATER.

Checks that are returned or
rejected credit card charges will result in a
$50.00 service fee.

Any specific
changes or requests made by the client must be made in
writing no later than two weeks before the event (changes
per Events to Enrich, LLC discretion).
-
In the event of
cancellation due to forced evacuation caused by hurricane or
other Act of God, the client will be granted the opportunity
to reserve the services of Agent for another date
within the next six months, subject to availability.

Any credits on
cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be
considered on an individual basis and are made at the
discretion of Events to Enrich, LLC (no monetary
refunds). The $500.00 deposit will be absorbed and will
not be reflected in the credited amount.
In
consideration for the services to be performed by Events
To Enrich, LLC for the benefit of Client’s name
at the event scheduled on date, as set forth in the attached
invoice, Client agrees to the following terms and
conditions:

agreement is non-cancelable except by Agent. It is

agreements will automatically be null and void if it is not
received with deposits by Events to Enrich, LLC 307
Sunflower Court, Virginia Beach, VA 23454-3907 within (10)
ten days of the date “entered into.” This agreement is
governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and
cannot be changed except in writing and signed by both
parties.
